Puddin! and some wine, too!

Most days I think I'm a pretty good mom. Most days I'm convinced of that.

Then there are days like today.

Days where my patience is tested to the brink. Days where temper tantrums occur more often than I can keep up with. Days where every little issue is challenged. Days where more time is spent IN time out than out of.

Today I was pretty convinced my active, feisty little "almost" two years old somehow found and read "How to be a Temper Tantrum Throwing Two Year Old" book and read it cover to cover. Today I couldn't keep up with them.

There are days when you think you need a drink to make it through. Today I didn't think. I knew I needed that drink. So I had me a little glass of vino during "Naptime temper tantrums, protests, stroller didn't put them to sleep either and gas is just too darn expensive to drive around and nap" time.

So, cheers! Cheers to more days like yesterday and fewer days like today!! LOL

Here are some pictures from this weekend, before they found the aforementioned book that turned them into little....well, we'll just let your imagination fill in that blank!

The boys enjoying some puddin' on the deck. Aren't they sweet?

I love their little toesies!

And this is them once they finished their puddin.....isn't that sweet, too!?! LOL

And STAY TUNED - (I'm pullin' a "Bobbi" and committing blog abuse), in the next day or two I will have "dramatic" news. tee hee hee!! (Nothing HUGE, just a big change!!)

I can not imagine having two little boys have temper tantrums at the same time. One Guatemalan temper tantrum little boy is all I can handle...Uh!
Great video.
Oh the suspense!!

Hey MAMA... Can I get some of that puddin? They make it look so good on their little chins, I could just eat THEM up!

Look at those innocent faces! It can't be true!

Hahaha!

We have those days here too and on those days I wish I had myself a little shot of the vino. ;)

Those boys are too darn cute. Tempers and all.

So great to talk to you last night.BUT, I should have read first since you pulled a me and I would have demanded to know. I HATE WAITING!!!

Sorry the day was hard. I think Reese wrote the book. He mastered "How to Put Mom over the edge before you are Two" Then, he wrote his own version.

Love your quirkiness. I am with you on doing great at the last minute. It is more fun that way!! And, I love and organized closet. The on time thing, well, eh not so great. Not super late, but a bit late usually.

I'll be stalking for news!!

Whew, one kid is hard enough to deal with tantrum-wise, you've certainly got your hands full! It is a good thing they are so darn cute!!! Love those puddin' faces.

This post brought a smile to my face. Mostly because it souns so familiar. The difference is you have 2 and I only have 1. And more times then none, I put her in bed and totally indulge in a glass of wine=) On another note, the picture of them in their shorts sitting eating their pudding. Best picture I have seen today!!
